Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vetro. We want you and your pet to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).

To start a return, please contact us at getvetro@gmail.com with your order details.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at getvetro@gmail.com with a photo of the issue.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at getvetro@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
